Return & Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At Beyond Cuisine, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or return.
2. Return and Refund Policy for Workshops
- Eligibility: Refund requests for workshops must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop.
- Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method.
- No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the day of the workshop.
3. Return Policy for Physical Products
- Eligibility: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Products that are damaged, altered, or not in their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a RAN will not be accepted.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds for Products: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Refunds for Workshops: Refunds for workshops will be processed within 14 business days of the request. If the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
- Product Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
- Workshop Transfers: If you cannot attend a workshop, you may request to transfer your registration to another workshop of equal value, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original workshop date.
